Coverage eligibility check cycle

Providers & payers would need to test the coverage eligibility check API pair (/coverageeligibility/check and /coverageeligibility/on_check) to verify whether beneficiaries coverage is in force, whether it is valid at this or specified date, and/or for requesting the benefits & plan details associated with the coverage.
