Communication request cycle

Communications API pair (/communication/request and /communication/on_request) will be used for communications between the payors and providers within the claims and preauth cycle. Communication requests can be raised for multiple reasons within the claims cycle. Following are primary communication request reasons :

1. For supporting documentation or information

2. For consent

3. For bank account information
